- After exhausting all avenues of remedy with Planning and Development Services staff to resolve your dispute
over the amount of time charged to your plan, project or permit, you may ask for review of your complaint
by the Administrative Review Board
- The Administrative Review Board, when established by the Board of Supervisor will conduct hearings, receive
and consider evidence, and render a final administrative decision on the merits of your claim.
- A decision by the Administrative Review Board will be binding on the County. The applicant is not bound by
the decision and can still seek redress in a court of law.
- To initiate a request for a hearing before the Administrative Review Board, please contact the ARB Hearing
Officer within 30 days of receipt of either:
- The final accounting of the permit costs, or
- A request by the County for additional deposits
