One of the top priorities for PDS is the reestablishment of a "one stop shop" at the Development Processing Center to facilitate service to our clients. This priority comes from the CEO and was recently confirmed by the Board of Supervisors when they adopted the fee ordinance update. With virtually all permit processing now being conducted on a full cost recovery basis, it is imperative that we perform our duties efficiently and effectively.
