Any animal that disturbs the peace and comfort of the inhabitants of a neighborhood constitutes a public nuisance as described in Section 4-1-48 of the Orange County Codified Ordinances. The Orange County Animal Care Services (OCACS) Nuisance Complaint website is available to assist in resolving animal noise complaints.

Other disturbances of the peace and comfort of the inhabitants of a neighborhood are handled by the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
