The Board of Supervisors has created the Specific Plan Review Boards as listed below to review and comment on proposed land development projects within their respective geographic area of interest. These review boards normally meet once each month and conduct public meetings. Any member of the public may attend and testify at these meetings on any agenda item. Meetings are normally conducted in the evening within the subject community. Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan Review Board
The Board of Supervisors has created the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan Review Board to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of Foothill Trabucco. The geographic area of interest is the area defined by the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan. Information including maps, public hearing notices, meeting agandas and approved minutes can be found here.

North Tustin Advisory Committee
The Board of Supervisors has created the North Tustin Advisory Board to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of North Tustin. The geographic area of interest is comprised of all the unincorporated area within the North Tustin area, including all of the area defined by the North Tustin Specific Plan. Coto de Caza Specific Plan Board of Review
The Board of Supervisors has created the Coto de Caza Specific Plan Board of Review to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of Coto de Caza Specific.
