Hearings and Meetings

All public hearings and meetings are open to the public for comments.

Regular Meeting Dates and Times:

Identified below are dates and times of the regularly scheduled public meetings:

  • Planning Commission:  2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month at 1:30 p.m.
  • Subdivision Committee:  1st and 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 1:30 p.m.
  • Zoning Administrator:  1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month at 1:30 p.m.

Please note the frequency of meetings is based upon items being scheduled, if no items are scheduled the meeting will not be held. If you are interested in attending a meeting and unsure if the meeting has been scheduled please contact us at 714-667-8800.

Special Meetings:

Special meetings can be scheduled for any type of public meeting; special meetings require a public notice to be made available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date.

Meeting Locations:

  • Planning Commission meetings are held in the Planning Commission Hearing Room at the Hall of Administration located at 333 W. Santa Ana Blvd. at the corner of Broadway and Santa Ana Blvd. in Santa Ana.
  • Subdivision Committee and Zoning Administrator meetings are held in Room B-10 at the Osborne Building located at 300 N. Flower St. at the corner of Flower St. and 3rd St. in Santa Ana.
