Site Planning and Consistency Management

The Site Planning and Consistency Management Section is located on the third floor of the 300 N. Flower building and is responsible for the following activities:

• Reviews public and private projects proposed for development in the unincorporated areas of the county and makes recommendations on same.
• Provides planning and regulation information and assistance to the public for processing development projects.
• Reviews development projects, tract maps, and grading permits for compliance with zoning and other criteria of approval.
• Initiates, reviews, and clears residential tract building permits.
• Maintains the Orange County Zoning Code.
